Dear Families and Friends, The Christmas season is upon us once again.
Amidst the hustle and bustle of this busy season, we can easily lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas.
The true meaning of Christmas is to remember and celebrate the birth of Christ.
With this in mind, Christmas can also be an especially trying time with the recent passing of a loved one or close friend.
Trying to cope with an understanding of this is certainly difficult during the holiday season.
There is always that feeling of “someone is missing” at your holiday table.
But the memory of your loved one can be carried with you forever in your hearts and minds, knowing that they are always with you, watching over you in spirit.
The Directors and staff of the William W.
Tripp & Cheetham Funeral Homes wish to invite you and your family to further memorialize your loved one’s memory this year and for years to come.
We invite you to place a Christmas ornament of your choice on the William W.
Tripp & Cheetham Funeral Homes’ Memorial Christmas Tree in the Winter Wonderland at Slater Memorial Park here in Pawtucket.
The Christmas Tree is located atop the hill in Slater Park near the William W.
Tripp Funeral Home building display and will be lit through January 1st.
We kindly ask that all ornaments placed on the tree be removed between January 2nd through January 6th.
Due to the reduced size of the Christmas Tree this year, we are unable to place memorial ornaments from previous years that were not removed.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the security of any ornaments left on the tree after January 6th, 2025.
From all of us at the William W.
Tripp & Cheetham Funeral Homes, we wish you and your family a truly Joyous Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Sincerely Yours, Daniel A.
