Pauline J. Pouliot

Pauline Jeanne Pouliot Age 88, of Venice, FL, lost her battle with Alzheimer’s disease surrounded by the love of her family on Monday, August 8, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents Hector and Maria Messier; her siblings Edward Messier, Emile Messier and Helen Ledoux. She is survived by her husband Normand; her children David Pouliot of Chepachet, RI, Denise Lejeune of Venice, FL, and JoAnn Lejeune of Chepachet, RI; her grandchildren David Jason Pouliot, Christopher Lejeune, Matthew Lejeune and Brian Lejeune; her great-grandchildren Katie Ramsey, Isabella Lejeune and Alexzander Lejeune.

Pauline was born on October 4, 1933, in Pawtucket, RI. She graduated from St. Jean Baptiste in 1951. Pauline Jeanne Messier married Normand Joseph Pouliot on October 12,1953; they were married 68 years. Pauline and Normand loved traveling, dancing, skiing and hot-air ballooning. Pauline was a passionate knitter, making blankets for everyone in the family.

We are comforted knowing that Pauline Pouliot knows who Pauline Pouliot is again.

On June 11, 2026, Normand joined her in paradise.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Pauline and Normand will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10 a.m. in St. Cecilia Church, 755 Central Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
