South Kingstown, RI – Pauline G. (Robichaud) Messier, 95, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, August 23, 2024.
She was the wife of the late Leo Messier, Jr.
Pauline was born in Pawtucket, RI, and was a daughter of the late Charles and Gertrude (Audette) Robichaud.
Pauline along with her late husband made their home in Pawtucket, for over fifty years.
She resided in Georgia for five years, before returning to Rhode Island, where she was a resident at Brookdale South Bay.
Pauline worked at the former Frank Desmarais Paper Company (now Thomsen Foodservice) all her life.
She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.
Pauline will be lovingly remembered by all her family, friends, and those she has touched over the past ninety-five years.
Pauline is survived by her brother-in-law, Robert Boisse; her nieces and nephews, Maureen Berryman (Nathan), Paul Boisse (Michele), Brian Boisse (Louise), Richard Demers (Janet), Sharon Chalmers (Warren), Kathy Phillips (Mitchell), Lori Boy (John), Gary Demers (Sherry), and Kevin Demers (Cindy).
Pauline loved spending time with her great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Her sisters Jean Boisse, Annette Demers, and Yvette Jutras preceded Pauline in death.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend SERVICES on Saturday, August 31st at 11 a.m. at Notre Dame Cemetery Chapel, 359 Daggett Ave., Pawtucket, RI.
