Paul R. Theberge

Rumford – Paul R. Theberge, 72, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016. He was the former husband of Elizabeth Mote of Georgia. Born in Pawtucket, a son of the late George J. and Irene V. (Cote) Theberge, he resided in Florida and Georgia before moving to Rumford three years ago. Paul was a U.S. Navy veteran. Besides his former wife, he leaves a son, Robert Theberge of Georgia; a daughter, Nicole Theberge-Acosta and her husband, Roy of South Carolina; a brother, Ronald Theberge and his late wife, Bette of Minnesota; a sister, Jacqueline Bisson and her late husband, Norman of Rumford; three nieces and a nephew. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Church of St. Leo the Great, 697 Central Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation and flowers are omitted. Memorial gifts to The Little Sisters of the Poor, 964 Main St., Pawtucket, RI 02860 would be appreciated.
