Paul F. Milligan

Cranston – Paul F. Milligan, 76, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022. Born in Pawtucket, Paul resided in the city most of his life until a recent move to Cranston. He was the son of the late Francis S. and Bernice E. (Pray) Milligan. Paul is a United States Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam Era and went on to a career as a US Naval Aviation Historian, having published several books on the topic of naval aviation. Services and interment at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence will be private. Flowers and calling hours are respectfully omitted. Memorial gifts to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
