East Providence - Paul M.

Laneres, 87, formerly of Riverside, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 5, 2011.

He was the beloved husband of Adrienne C. (Bonin) Laneres for 64 years.

Born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, a son of the late Jules and Rose (Jolicoeur) Laneres, he resided in Central Falls before moving to Riverside in 1967.

Paul was a World War II U.S.

He was a driver for Consolidated Freightways for many years before retiring in 1980, and then worked as a courier for Fleet Bank until December of 1989.

Paul was a communicant of St.

Brendan Church for over forty years, and a member of Teamsters Local 251 and American Legion Post 10, Riverside.

Besides his wife he leaves four daughters and their spouses, Janice and Robert Lee of Norton, MA, Christine and Robert Tierney in NH, Celeste and Kevin Unsworth in CT and Anne and Robert Drohan of Seekonk; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Jules A.

His funeral with Military Honors will be held Monday at 9:45 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St.

Brendan Church, 60 Turner Ave., Riverside.

Interment will follow at St.

Mary Cemetery, North Attleboro.

VISITATION will be Sunday 2 to 5 p.m.
