Paul W. Beauregard

Beauregard, 69, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 6, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

He was the beloved husband of Jo-Anne D. (Santos) Beauregard for nearly twenty years.

Born In Pawtucket, he was the fourth of nine children of the late Normand H. and Irene (Barrette) Beauregard.

Paul graduated from Cumberland High School.

Upon graduation he enlisted in the United States Air Force, and proudly served his country as a security policeman during four years of the Vietnam War.

During his tour of duty, he attended twenty-eight concerts in Germany and toured all over Europe with three friends in a VW they all bought for $600.

They became life-long friends.

Upon returning stateside, he attended the former Rhode Island School of Electronics in Providence.

He enlisted in the US Reserves for ten years as an electrician.

A proud member of the Home Depot team, he worked in several merchandizing positions during his tenure at Home Depot in Attleboro, MA as part of the MET team.

Paul was an avid fan of the New York Giants.

He also loved listening to music, especially from the 60s and 70s era.

In his thirties, he enjoyed playing his trumpet in a Christian Band.

Tending his beautiful garden, propagating day lilies, playing cribbage, and walking around Pulaski Park in Gloucester while holding Jo-Anne’s hand, were things that brought happiness to him.

He was noted for making delicious Boston baked beans for family events.

His kind love-filled heart, gentle manner, and wonderful sense of humor will be deeply missed.

Besides his devoted wife, he is survived by two sons, Beau Beauregard of Central Falls and Aron Beauregard and his wife, Katie, of Coventry; eight siblings, Normand Beauregard (Yvonne) of Cumberland, Christine Beauregard (late husband, Dennis) of Virginia, Peter Beauregard (Nancy) of New York, Mark Beauregard (Lori) of Lincoln, John Beauregard (Olga) of Cumberland, Mary Anne Mazzarella (Tony) of Pawtucket, James Beauregard (Lori) of Cumberland and Lisa Marie Patterson (Rob) of Warren and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, beginning with visitation at 5:00 p.m., a Military Honors ceremony at 7:00 p.m. and concluding with Services at 8:00 p.m. in WILLIAM W.
