South Attleboro – Patricia J. (Cole) Fontaine, 76, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior, on Sunday, August 2, 2020, at home surrounded by her loving family.
She was the beloved wife of Robert A.
Fontaine for fifty-eight wonderful years.
Born in South Attleboro, MA, she was the daughter of the late Ralph A. and Sabra A. (Howard) Cole.
Patricia was a graduate of Attleboro High School and dedicated her life to raising her children and tending to the home.
She was naturally artistic and was able to put her talents into making her children’s clothing and decorating her home with her own art and craftsmanship.
Patricia enjoyed doing crafts, collecting antiques and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Besides her loving husband, she is survived by five children, Robert W.
Fontaine and his wife, Jane, of Attleboro, MA, Timothy M.
Fontaine and his wife, Wendy, also of Attleboro, MA, Kimberly Brown and her husband, Edward, of Taunton, MA, Kellie M.
Fontaine of Attleboro, MA and Dale Fontaine and his wife, Anne, also of Attleboro, MA; fourteen grandchildren, Crystal, Heather, Ashly, Mandy, Timothy, Tiffany, Tyler, Haley, Chelsea, Trenten, Nicole, Brooke, Madison and Skylyn; seven great-grandchildren, soon to be eight, and three siblings, Dorothy Sousa of Attleboro, MA, Ginny Myers of Illinois and Ralph Cole, also of Attleboro, MA.
She was the sister of the late Howard and Ronald Cole.
Her funeral will be held on Friday beginning with visitation at 9 a.m., followed by Services at 10 a.m. in Crossroads International Church, 1052 Newport Ave, South Attleboro, MA.
Interment in Newell Burying Ground, South Attleboro, MA, will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Beacon Hospice Care, 182 N Main St, Fall River, MA 02720 would be appreciated.
