Omer L. Parmentier, Jr.

Rehoboth, MA - Omer Laurent Parmentier, Jr., 76, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2026. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Omer L. Parmentier, Sr. and Antoinette L. (Antonio) Till.

Omer worked as a Mechanical Technician for Texas Instruments, which later became Sensata Technologies, in Attleboro, MA. He enjoyed playing pool at East Providence Lanes and was an avid fisherman.

He leaves behind his beloved children: William Parmentier (Gail) of Cumberland, Steven Parmentier (Kelly) of Cumberland, Scott Parmentier of Rapid City, SD, and Brian Parmentier (Jessica) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jaden, Rachel, Emily, Nathan, and Lyla; and his brother, Arthur Parmentier of Providence.

VISITATION will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Mt. St. Mary Cemetery in Pawtucket.
