Attleboro – Norman A.
Jerauld, 87, of South Attleboro, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017.
He was the beloved husband of Rosalie N. (Palmer) Jerauld for 53 years.
A lifelong resident of South Attleboro, he was a son of the late Raymond, Sr., and Gertrude (Cheney) Jerauld.
Norman was a United States Navy veteran of the Korean War and a longtime member of the American Legion.
In years past, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and boating.
Norman was an all-around “good guy” and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who asked.
Above all, he was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.
Besides his loving wife, he leaves a daughter, Kelley M.
Schaum and her husband, Kevin, of South Attleboro; a son, William R.
Jerauld of South Attleboro; a grandson, Cooper Schaum of South Attleboro; three sisters, Alice Glode of Pawtucket, Eleanor Regan of South Attleboro and Patricia Adams in Oklahoma; a brother, Fredrick Jerauld of Attleboro and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Raymond Jerauld, Jr., Alton Jerauld, Jessie Joubert, Lillian LaCross and George Jerauld.
VISITATION will begin on Saturday, September 16th at 11 a.m. followed by Services at 1 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Alzheimer’s Association, 245 Waterman Ave., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906 will be appreciated.
