Attleboro – Norman A. Jerauld, 87, of South Attleboro, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Rosalie N. (Palmer) Jerauld for 53 years. A lifelong resident of South Attleboro, he was a son of the late Raymond, Sr., and Gertrude (Cheney) Jerauld. Norman was a United States Navy veteran of the Korean War and a longtime member of the American Legion. In years past, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and boating. Norman was an all-around “good guy” and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who asked. Above all, he was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. Besides his loving wife, he leaves a daughter, Kelley M. Schaum and her husband, Kevin, of South Attleboro; a son, William R. Jerauld of South Attleboro; a grandson, Cooper Schaum of South Attleboro; three sisters, Alice Glode of Pawtucket, Eleanor Regan of South Attleboro and Patricia Adams in Oklahoma; a brother, Fredrick Jerauld of Attleboro and many nieces and nephews.
