Pawtucket – Norman W.
Brown, 90, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 24, 2012.
He was the beloved husband of Rita M. (Prunell) Brown for 68 years.
Born in Worcester, he was the son of the late Eugene E. and Alice A. (Alderman) Brown.
Norman “Brownie” worked as a methods engineer at Brown & Sharpe for over 30 years until retiring in 1979.
Besides his loving wife, he leaves two daughters, Jean A.
Brown of Lincoln and Joan Brown-Hepburn of Pawtucket; two sons, Norman W.
Brown and his wife Deborah of Plymouth, MA and James E.
Brown and his late wife Nancy of Pawtucket; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, including the late PFC Bryan Lounsbury and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in the Church of St.
Leo the Great, 697 Central Ave., Pawtucket.
Interment will follow at Mt.
VISITATION will be Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m.
