Rehoboth – Norman R. Bourassa, 76, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Pauline M. (Contois) Bourassa for fifty-six years. Born in Central Falls, he was a son of the late George E. and Doris (Fortier) Bourassa. Norman worked as a printer for thirty-two years at Carol Wire & Cable Co. before becoming a salesman for Central Paper Co., where he worked for twenty-one years until his retirement. He enjoyed playing golf and swimming. Norman was an avid baseball and football fan and he closely followed New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. He will be lovingly remembered for his kind and light-hearted personality, ability to light-up a room with his presence and his innate ability to make people laugh and put family and friends at ease.
