Mildred L. Tymko

Seekonk – Mildred L. (Barr) Tymko, 88, passed away Friday, November 1, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward M. Tymko, Sr. Millie was born and raised in the Rumford section of East Providence, she was a daughter of the late Thomas S. and Bertha E. (Benson) Barr. Upon her marriage, she moved to Pawtucket where she resided most of her life until moving to Seekonk in 2005. Millie was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Pawtucket and served on the Altar Guild. She was a member of the Episcopal Church Women and a founding member of the Parents Organization at Blackstone Valley RI Arc. She leaves a son, Edward M. Tymko, Jr. and his wife, Judy of Kernersville, NC; a daughter, Jean L. Emerson and her husband, Richard of Seekonk; three grandsons, Kevin Tymko of Hendersonville, NC, Tracy Tymko of Huntersville, NC and Andrew Emerson of Johnston, RI; three great-grandchildren, Cooper, Madeline and Brandon Tymko and nieces and nephews.
