Michael O. Bertrand

Pawtucket – Michael O. Bertrand, 70, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Gale D. (Maston) Bertrand for nearly fifty years. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Ovila P. and Barbara A. (Kolodziej) Bertrand. Michael graduated in 1972 from Tolman High School, Pawtucket, and continued his studies in business at Johnson and Wales University. He worked as a finance manager in the local auto industry for over forty years prior to retiring. Mike enjoyed drag racing in New Hampshire, attending corvette shows and was an avid New England Patriots fan. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his loving daughter, Tracy Bertrand and her significant other, Corey, of Pawtucket; two siblings, Sheila A. Mulcahy and her husband, Gary, of Bristol, and Scott J. Bertrand of Pawtucket, and numerous nieces and nephews. His funeral will be held on Friday at 12:00 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
