Maurice N. Aubin

Aubin, 67, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015.

He was the beloved husband of Gail A. (Boillard) Aubin for 15 years.

Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late Henri and Irene (Bernier) Aubin.

Maurice was a United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam Era.

He worked as a machinist at Cumberland Engineering for 37 years.

Maurice was a member of the VFW; American Legion and the Jacques Cartier Society for over 50 years.

Maurice played billiards for the Jacques Cartier Society League and was an avid Horseshoe player, he also enjoyed camping at Canoe River for many years.

Besides his beloved wife, Maurice leaves a step-daughter, Lesley A.

Putnam and her husband, Douglas, Sr. of Salem, MA; a step-son, Jack Newbury and his wife, Lisa of Johnston; four grandchildren, Leah and Jacklyn Newbury, Douglas Putnam, Jr. and Heather Kinne and her husband, Michael; two great-grandchildren, Maxwell and Madison Kinne; four siblings, Donald Aubin and his wife, Marjorie of Seekonk, Robert Aubin and his wife, Sheila of Attleboro, Rachelle Letaille and her late husband, Paul of Woonsocket and Normand Aubin and his wife, Betty in Vermont and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother the late Paul Aubin.

Services with Military Honors will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by interment at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.

VISITATION will be Friday 4 to 7 p.m.
