Mary Kandalaft

Attleboro – Mary (Hallal) Kandalaft, 88, of Delray Beach, FL, former co-owner of Eli’s Pizza, Attleboro, passed away at home on Tuesday, September 9, 2014. She was the beloved wife of Elias Kandalaft, the couple celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on August 22nd. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Mitchel and Nellie (Khoury) Hallal. Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Russell Kandalaft and his wife, Joanne and John Kandalaft and his partner, Tony Sousa; a brother, Fred Hallal; three grandsons and three great-granddaughters. She was the mother of the late Joyce Kelly and the sister of the late George, Leo and Edward Hallal. Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, 249 High St. Interment will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
