Mary "Beth" E. Spano

Pawtucket – Mary “Beth” E. (Thurber) Spano, 47, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, August 19, 2011. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of Harold W. Thurber of Rumford and the late Mary Arline (Hogg) Murphy. Beth was the step-daughter of Kathleen A. (Santos) Thurber of Rumford. She resided in Pawtucket most of her life. Besides her father and step-mother, she leaves two daughters, Stephanie Wojcik and Nicole Spano both of Pawtucket; five sisters, Patricia Franks of Batesville, Arkansas, Donna Andreozzi of East Providence, Jacqueline Platt of Wilmington, North Carolina, Pamela Begin and Shannon Howland both of North Attleboro; a granddaughter, Lillianna Gaumond; many nieces and nephews and her former husband Earl Spano, Jr. of Pawtucket.
