Mark "Gonzo" D. Gonsalves

East Providence – Mark “Gonzo” D. Gonsalves, 56, of Rumford, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, August 26, 2018. He was the beloved husband of Sherie M. (Jablonski) Gonsalves. The couple would have celebrated their thirty-eighth wedding anniversary on October 18, 2018. Born in Pawtucket, a son of Richard Gonsalves of Providence and the late Loretta (Veader) Vacca, he resided in East Providence most of his life. Mark was a maintenance supervisor at Teknor-Apex, Pawtucket, he had been employed by the company for over twenty-five years. He loved being a DJ and was known as Gonzo Entertainment. Mark was an avid sports fan and he enjoyed bowling, horseshoes and traveling. Besides his wife and father, he leaves a son, Mark A. Gonsalves of Warwick; two brothers, Rick Gonsalves and Kenny Gonsalves; his father-in-law, Stanley A. Jablonski; many nieces and nephews and his grand pups, Ciroc, Maya and Chloe. He was the son-in-law of the late Patricia A. (Bruneau) Jablonski. His funeral will be held Thursday...
