Marion Fahey

Johnston – Marion (LaFountaine) Fahey, 86, passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late J. Linus Fahey. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Albert and Irene (McKeon) LaFountaine, she resided in Barrington for forty-eight years before moving to Johnston in 1999. Marion was employed at Bradley Hospital, East Providence for thirty-six years until retiring in 1986. She was a former member of the Scituate Rotary. Marion leaves seven children, Sister M. Joanne Fahey, C.P., Thomas E. Fahey and his wife Charleen, Carolyn St. Vincent and her husband Roland, David L. Fahey and his wife Nancy, Elizabeth Rezendes and her husband Thomas, Veronica S. Duggan and Maureen Sauté and her husband Calvin; seven brothers and sisters, Irene Ashworth, Gertrude Deaett, Joseph LaFountaine, Kenneth LaFountaine, Dorothy Donahue, Nancy Messier and Geraldine McVay.
