Maria Amelia Belo

Pawtucket – Maria A. (Barcelos) Belo, 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 31, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Isidro V. Belo. Born in Terceira, Praia da Vitoria, Azores, she was a daughter of the late Francisco Machado and Maria Amelia (Azera) Barcelos. Maria was a longtime member of the Amigos Da Terceira, Pawtucket. She leaves four children, Victor Belo, Isidoro Belo, Francisco Belo and Luisa Nunes; eight grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Aurora Santos. Relatives and friends are invited to attend VISITATION on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Her Funeral and Interment will be held from the Santa Cruz Memorial Mortuary, Santa Cruz, California.
