Margaret "Peggy" L. Pollard

Pawtucket – Margaret “Peggy” L. (Cusson) Pollard, 69, passed away on Friday, October 5, 2018. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Clarence G. and Margaret G. (Quilitzsch) Cusson.  She was a devoted mother, dedicated worker, and steadfast friend. Peggy held a career in the insurance field her entire life, most recently as an analyst for Markel in Cranston, formerly FirstComp, prior to her retirement in 2015.  She enjoyed working in her garden and collecting antiques. She is survived by her son, Eric Pollard and his partner, Jennifer Antosia, of Chepachet; a brother, Robert Cusson and his wife Jill, of Seekonk, MA; a sister, Anna LaFontaine of South Attleboro, MA; three nieces, four nephews and several cousins, among them Theresa DeRita, who she considered her dearest friend.  She is predeceased by her elder sister Mary Ann Chase, and former spouse John M. Pollard, Jr.  Her funeral will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. In...
