Margaret "Connie" J. Cloutier

Pawtucket – Margaret “Connie” J. (Cooke) Cloutier, 96, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, January 18, 2016.

She was the beloved wife of the late Agenor J.

Born in New York City, NY, she was a daughter of the late James P. and Margaret J. (Flanagan) Cooke.

Connie enjoyed spending time with family and friends and placed great importance on family values and traditions.

She leaves two loving daughters, Karen J.

Sawayer of Mansfield, MA and Gayle J.

Denelle and her husband, Russell of South Kingstown; four grandchildren, Beckie Brooks and her husband, Scott, Heather Matteson and her husband, Chris, Stacey Fuller and her husband, Edward and Travis Sawayer and his wife, Nikki; six great-grandchildren, Madeline and William Brooks, Kadence Matteson, Tatyanna and Andrew Fuller and Bryan Sawayer and a nephew, George Rowlinson, IV and his sons and families.

She was predeceased by her sister, Lilyan DeBreuil and her husband, Vincent DeBreuil, Sr. and nephew, Vincent DeBrueil, Jr.

Connie’s family would like to express their deep appreciation to the nurses and staff at the South Kingstown Nursing and Rehab for their care and kindness during her stay.

The funeral will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at the CHEETHAM Funeral Home, 1012 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in the Church of St.

Leo the Great, 697 Central Ave.

Interment will follow at RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to St.

John Paul II Parish, 697 Central Ave., Pawtucket, RI 02861 will be appreciated.
