Margaret "Peggy" F. Cash

Pawtucket – Margaret “Peggy” F. (Dalton) Cash, 98, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 8, 2012 surrounded by her loving family at the Oak Hill Nursing Center, Pawtucket.

She was the beloved wife of the late Edward V.

A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Margaret (Costello) Dalton.

Margaret enjoyed ballroom dancing, crossword puzzles and playing cards with her family.

She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed spending time at her “Summer Home”, Lincoln Greyhound Park.

Margaret was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and a former sales person at Apex.

She leaves her two children, Elaine V.

Flaherty and her husband, Raymond of East Haddam, CT and Edward D.

Cash and his wife, Lisa of Hope Valley, RI; three grandchildren, Sean E.

Flaherty of San Diego, CA, Eric D.

Cash of Okinawa, Japan and Erica L.

Norman of Hope Valley, RI and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Mary Rankowitz, William R.

VISITATION will begin Friday at 11 a.m. at the WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by Services at 12:30 p.m.

Interment will follow at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.

In lieu of flowers, gifts in her memory to the Dalton/Hulme Memorial Scholarship Fund, C/O St.

Raphael Academy, 123 Walcott St., Pawtucket, RI 02860 will be appreciated.
