Marcia Lynn Siniak

Pawtucket – Marcia L. Siniak, 82, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2026. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Walter A. and Mary B. (Sepanek) Siniak.

Marcia worked for many years as an educator in the Pawtucket School Department and in various other capacities as a teacher over the years. She was a veracious reader and taught reading comprehension extensively to her pupils.

Marcia had a passion for music and worked as an usher for several seasons at both Greatwoods and Sullivan Stadium during concerts and events. She drew great strength and peaceful serenity by walking miles of coastline and was an avid shore walker. Marcia enjoyed collecting sea glass and showing love and caring compassion for animals. She will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives she has touched over the past eighty-two years.

Marcia leaves her beloved younger sister, Andria L. Palange of Seekonk; her brother-in-law, Dennis Jacques of Cumberland; her nephew, Jonathan Barry and his partner, Dara Bayer, of Boston; her niece, Olivia Palange of Seekonk and her great-niece, Amari. She was the sister of the late Claudia A. Jacques and the sister-in-law of the late Paul Palange. She was predeceased by her long-time partner, Michael Bergeron.

VISITATION will begin on Saturday, May 16th at 10 a.m. followed by SERVICES at 11 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Swan Point Cemetery in Providence. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to either, West Place Animal Sanctuary, 3198 Main Rd., Tiverton, RI 02878 or Save The Bay, 100 Save The Bay Drive, Providence, RI 02905 would be appreciated.
