Madeline E. Famiglietti

Pawtucket – Madeline E. (Handy) Famiglietti, 87, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, July 20, 2023.

She was the beloved wife of the late John H.

Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Anna (Plouffe) Handy, she resided in Pawtucket most of her life.

Madeline enjoyed cooking, playing cards and Bingo, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

She leaves four children, AnnMarie Hannon and her late husband, John, of Greenfield, MA, Marsha G.

Horrocks and her companion, John Kowalski, of Pawtucket, John H.

Famiglietti and his wife, Ann, of Pawtucket and Susan P.

Famiglietti and her wife, Melissa, of Northfield, MA; five grandchildren, Keri, Sarah, Billy, Kayla and Madison; three great-grandchildren, Dylan, Devin and Alexis; a brother, Roger Handy and his companion, Barbara, of Cumberland; a sister, Florence Gauthier  and her husband, Robert, of Pawtucket and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter.

VISITATION will be Monday, July 24, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
