Mabel Powers

Pawtucket – Mabel (Davis) Powers, 86, passed away Friday, January 25, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late Ambrose W. Powers. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Louis A. and Mary E. (Barsey) Davis, she resided in Pawtucket most of her life. Mabel was employed by the former Home Laundry and the former Kings Laundry, Pawtucket for many years until retiring. She enjoyed playing High-Low-Jack on Tuesdays with her friends. She leaves three sons, Thomas Powers of South Attleboro, John Powers of Pawtucket and Robert Powers and his wife, Beth of Connecticut, and a grandson, Adam Powers. Services will be private.
