Bristol – Lucille A. (Ross) Therrien, 84, formerly of Pawtucket, passed away peacefully
on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald J.
Therrien. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence “Ray” and
Cecile (Lefebvre) Ross.
Lucille was a big personality in a little package. She was, foremost, courageous, living
her life through many losses then battling cancer with dignity and grace. She was fun
loving with a contagious laugh, an avid reader, and a great dancer. Lucille loved her
family and she will be truly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her two cherished children: Thomas Reavey and his family (wife
Christine McQuiggan) of Narragansett and Jean Reavey of Warren; a grandson, Paul
Lambrou and his wife, Jerilyn, of Cumberland; a great-granddaughter, Elliana; four
siblings, Marie Furlong of Bristol, her sister who provided loving, full time
companionship and care over the last few years, Elaine DeCoste of Florida, Eileen
Peters, of Florida and Ronald Ross of Pascoag two stepdaughters, Donna Cabral, her
husband Carlos Cabral and Suzanne Therrien and two step granddaughters, Melina
Cabral and McKayla Sylvester. She was the mother of the late Christine E. Reavey and
sister of the late Francis Ross.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend visitation on Wednesday, August 27th
beginning at 10:30 a.m. in WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave.,
Pawtucket, followed by Services at 12:00 p.m. Interment with her late husband will
follow at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 S. County Trail, Exeter. In lieu
