Lucille T. Dowling

Pawtucket – Lucille T. (Doyle) Dowling, 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2013. She was the beloved wife of George W. Dowling for 63 years. Born in Providence, the daughter of the late James and Beatrice (Jordin) Doyle. Lucille lived in East Providence for 51 years before moving to Pawtucket. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading. Lucille was a member of the Trinity Club Women’s Auxiliary and a former volunteer at Sacred Heart Parish in East Providence. Besides her loving husband, she leaves four children. George Dowling of Marathon, FL, James Dowling and Patricia Bailey both of South Attleboro and Suzan Brito of Pawtucket; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
