Lt. Kenneth F. Ryan, Sr.

Seekonk - Lt. Kenneth F. Ryan, Sr., Pawtucket Police Department (Ret.), 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 30, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Gloria (Natalini) Ryan for sixty-one beautiful years. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late William and Gertrude (Garrett) Ryan. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Kenneth proudly served his country from 1954 -1957. He attended Salve Regina University, Newport, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Kenneth served with Pawtucket Police Department for thirty years, retiring as Lieutenant in 1994. He was a member of the Pawtucket Police Association, the Attleboro Elks Lodge #1014 and a member of the FOP, Pawtucket, for thirty years. Kenneth was a gifted writer who authored three books and was a contributing member of the Association of Rhode Island Authors.
