Louise E. Martin

Pawtucket – Louise E. Martin, 89, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013. She was the beloved wife of the late John G. Martin. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Squire and Lillian (Johnson) Renshaw, she resided in Pawtucket most of her life. Louise was an Executive Secretary at the Fram Corp., Rumford for over fifteen years before retiring in 1985. She was a member of the Ireland 32 Society; Red Hat Society and a seventy year seasonal resident at Mary Carpenter’s Beach, Matunuck. She leaves two daughters, Maureen A. Rooney and her husband, Edward of Coventry and Susan E. McCormick and her husband, Robert of Cumberland; six grandchildren, Elizabeth Schultz, Sean Rooney, Michael Rooney, Maegan Schlitzer, Courtney Cannata and Alexander McCormick and eleven great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Timothy G. and John T. Martin, and the sister of the late Irving and Kenneth Renshaw. Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 a.m. from WILLIAM W.
