Louis T. Giardini

Louis T. Giardini, 63, of Cumberland, Rhode Island died peacefully at his home on January 15, 2019 after a brave battle with cancer. He was the adored husband and kindred soul of Tricia Giardini. Born in Milford, MA, he was the son of the late Ernest and Yolanda (Piergustavo) Giardini. He was a remarkable man who had a passion for cycling long distances including many century rides for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society raising awareness for blood cancers. We will miss his infectious smile and easygoing personality. He was a great athlete and particularly loved to play tennis but willing to compete with anyone in most sports. He was an avid reader with Stephen King being one of his favorite authors among many others. He loved spending time on the beach, fishing and being outside whenever possible. He also loved tinkering in his wood shop working on projects that made our home warm and inviting.
