Pawtucket – Louis A. DiGiovanni, Jr., 86, passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Agnes K. (Kelley) DiGiovanni. A lifelong resident of Pawtucket, he was one of three late children of the late Louis A., Sr. and Mabel (Pistachio) DiGiovanni.Louis was a United States Navy veteran of the Korean War and was the proprietor of the former St. Ray’s Barber Shop, Walcott St., Pawtucket, for many years. In more recent years, Louis was a member of the Leon Mathieu Senior Center, Pawtucket, where he enjoyed attending many of the events and activities they offered. In his younger days, he enjoyed woodworking and was known for his talent in carpentry. Louis leaves a son, Kevin M. DiGiovanni and his longtime companion, Denise Palmer, of Coventry; two daughters, Rita L. DiGiovanni and Kerry L. Case both of Pawtucket; five grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; two great-grandsons and many nieces and nephews, including Edward Giovanni in Florida. He was the great-grandfather of...
