Linda M. Courtois

Attleboro – Linda M. (Leitao) Courtois, 68, passed away at home peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, May 26, 2022.

She was the beloved wife of Randy H.

Courtois for forty-seven beautiful years.

Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Joaquim “Jack” R. and Anne R. (Roderick) Leitao.

A graduate of Attleboro High School, Linda continued her studies and accreditations in the area of Early Childhood Development.

She became a licensed daycare provider and owned Linda’s Home Daycare for over thirty years.

Linda loved working with her daycare children who called her “Auntie Linda”, and she treated them as if they were her own.

Linda’s heart of gold was fullest when being in the company of her beloved daughter and grandchildren.

She looked forward to talking with her daughter daily.

Linda and Randy were so proud of their daughter’s accomplishments and doted on her as a beautiful mother, wife and daughter.

Linda loved to do everything with her husband.

Her selfless nature was driven by love, compassion, kindness and gentleness.

Linda never expected anything in return and had an unselfish love for helping others be their very best.

She maintained a positive and upbeat personality, even while putting everyone else’s needs ahead of her own.

Her love for people and her family showed through the gifts of herself.

She loved life as much as it loved her, and enjoyed sharing her many passions with everyone in it.

Linda did everything to perfection, and was the best wife, mother, grammy, sister and friend that anyone could ask for.

She was incredibly loved by everyone who knew her, and left such an impact on so many lives.

Besides her devoted husband, she is survived by her only daughter, Amy Queenan and her husband, Earl, of Seekonk; three loving grandchildren, Ava, Emma and Isabella Queenan; two brothers, Ronald Leitao and his wife, Leslie, of Taunton and Donald J.

Leitao and his husband, Scott Campbell, of Provincetown; her twin sister, Dianne M.

Foss and her companion, David Ohanesian, of Cranston, and several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday May 31, 2022 at 7:45 a.m. from WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a eulogy at 8:45 a.m. and Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Coyle Dr., Seekonk.

Interment will follow at Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.

VISITATION will be on Monday, May 30, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
