Lillian F. Donahue

Pawtucket – Lillian F. (Kenney) Donahue, 99, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, September 4, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Walter S. Donahue, Jr. Born in Arlington, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Edmund W. and Gusta N. (Araya Pinto) Kenney. Lillian spent her childhood in Milton, Massachusetts, and had resided in Pawtucket for the past seventy-two years. She was a graduate of the Chandler Secretarial School, Boston, and took language classes at Brown University. Lillian was a successful entrepreneur, her business grew exponentially, eventually selling her venture to raise her family. Lillian was a member of the Pawtucket Congregational Church where she taught Sunday School.  She was also a member of the Pawtucket Country Club, and was an avid golfer and tennis player who competed in many state tournaments.
