Leonora R. Marques

Pawtucket – Leonora R. (Thomas) Marques, 92, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Armindo “Joe” J. Marques. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Joao and Maria R. (Rose) Thomas, she resided in Central Falls before moving to Pawtucket seventy years ago. Leonora and her late husband, were the proprietors of the former Boulevard Tap, Pawtucket, for many years until retiring. She leaves her sister, Mary Andrade of Pawtucket; two granddaughters, Stephanie A. Marques of Pawtucket and Stacie A. Marques of Riverside; three great-granddaughters, Emily, Paige “Miles” and Scarlet and a great-grandson, Nathen. She was the mother of the late Joseph Marques.
