Kevin "Spiffy" Bastow

Seekonk – Kevin “Spiffy” Bastow, 65, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, November 2, 2024.

Born in Central Falls, he was a son of Joan Bastow of Seekonk and the late Earl Bastow.

Spiffy was a graduate of Seekonk High School and went on to a career as a toolmaker at Crosby Valve & Gage in Wrentham and was a former member of the East Providence Lodge of Elks # 2337.

In his younger days, Spiffy enjoyed playing golf and tinkering with electronics.

Kevin will be lovingly remembered as a quiet guy with deep emotion and love for his family.

He will be missed by all those whose lives he has touched over the past sixty-five years.

Besides his mother, Joan, he leaves two daughters, Kristen L.

Bastow and her companion, Rob Michaud, of Feeding Hills, MA, and Laura D.

Newman and her husband, Jason, of Attleboro, MA; two grandchildren, Annabelle and Luke Newman and a brother, Michael E.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, November 8th at 11 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish, Coyle Drive, Seekonk.

Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery in Pawtucket.
