Providence – Kevin M. Antaya, 49, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016 with family by his side after a courageous five month battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen A. (Breton) Antaya for 26 years. Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of Cheryl F. (Thurber) Antaya and Ronald H. Cole both of Pawtucket and the late George E. Antaya. Kevin was a veteran of the United States Army, 101st Airborne Division. He worked as a chef at Ruby Tuesday’s for over 20 years and at Providence College for the past five years. Kevin was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and a devoted and loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will be remembered by all, for his strength and his loving ways. Besides his beloved wife, Kevin leaves a son, Daniel J.
