Rehoboth – Kenneth Douglas Viall Auclair, Sr., 78, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Shirley A. (Polion) Auclair for 56 loving years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late John Shorey Viall and Gladys Victoria (Norman) Auclair, and stepson of the late Lionel Edgar Auclair. Ken was a long-time resident of South Attleboro, where he raised his family, before moving to Rehoboth in 2013. Ken worked at Teknor Apex, in Pawtucket for over thirty-seven years, where he retired. He was a skilled diver on the swim team for Pawtucket West High School. As a young man, into adulthood, he collected stamps and coins. He was an avid bowler and organized the Teknor Apex bowling league for many years. Ken also enjoyed playing cards, especially poker with his dear friend, Arthur Laroche. Ken and Art were best friends since the late 1960’s. He was a faithful blood donor. Above all, Ken was a devoted Christian Catholic who loved the Lord.
