Pawtucket – Kenneth E.
Jackson, Jr., 57, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at RI Hospital.
He was the beloved fiancé of Tammy L.
Born in Pawtucket, Ken resided in Jensen Beach, Florida for over twenty happy years, raising his son Kyle there in life by the ocean.
He moved back to Rhode Island in 2009.

Ken graduated from William M.
Career and Technical High School in Lincoln and went on to a career as a welder and fabricator.
He worked for Bobby Soles Propeller Services in Florida until his return to Rhode Island.
Ken was an avid fisherman and enjoyed both fresh and saltwater fishing.
He could most often be found at the marina on the Providence River in Pawtucket, looking to hook a large striped bass.
He loved music and was a talented guitar player, often gathering for jam sessions with friends.
Ken was also a longtime and active member of NA where he was a valued contributor and guest speaker at many meetings and sessions.
Ken was known for his good humor and love of the simple things in life.
He never missed an opportunity to crack a joke, and despite the increasing adverse effects of a debilitating disease, he took each day as it came, noting “Remember, behind the clouds, the sun still shines.” He will be lovingly remembered as an unpretentious, kind and generous man by all his many friends.
Besides his mother and fiancée, Ken leaves a son, Kyle D.
Jackson of Manchester, Connecticut and three siblings, Cheryl Brooks of Attleboro, MA, Cindy Lou Brooks of Richmond, RI, and Raymond “Rusty” A.
Brooks, Jr. of North Kingston, RI.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend CALLING HOURS on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W.
TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
