Pawtucket - June Pauline (Dube, Nardelli) Schupp, born June 20th in Central Falls, RI, to Albert Joseph and Jeanne Annette (Desvoyaux) Dube, she was the oldest and was the last surviving of 6 children, one son was lost in infancy and one daughter, Margaret, lost due to complications in childbirth.
Junes’ first marriage was to Raymond Nardelli.
June lived in Central Falls and Pawtucket, RI, her entire life.
She worked as a waitress, in several factories to support her family until she married John Donald Schupp of Sabin Street, Pawtucket.
John married June when he was 33 and together they raised her and his family and purchased their first home in Pawtucket.
They both spent lots of time with their children, grandchildren, parents and extended family.
They enjoyed trips to New Hampshire, took cruises together, and visited their children in Georgia, Idaho and Virginia.
John passed suddenly, at the early age of 55 and is still lovingly remembered by his family.
After the loss of her husband June worked as a companion.

Melanie (Nardelli) Allen and Raymond Nardelli.

June had a great love for her family and adored the new additions to her family and was proud of her 28 great grandchildren.A generous and loving woman June always remembered those in need, not only at the holidays but during the year with gifts of food, clothes, or service.
June volunteered at the Pawtucket Food Kitchen for many years, weekly and on holidays.
She was a devoted mother who will be missed by her family and by her many friends.
She loved her many nieces and nephews and kept in close contact with many of her sister’s Susie’s children including Sharon Austin, Christine Ullery, Diane Johnson, Michael, Jimmy, and Billy Moulton, and Donna Leonard.
Among her special friends was Mario Bettencourt, who was a loving companion for over 15 years.
Mario shared the care for her and her home for many years, while June enjoyed cooking and caring for him.
They relied on each other and he was a wonderful helpmate to her and friend to her family. “God is our refuge and our strength, an ever present help in distress.” Psalm 46:2“And I heard a voice from heaven, saying to me: Write: Blessed are the dead, who die in the Lord.
From henceforth now, saith the Spirit that they may rest from their labours; for their works follow them.” Revelation 14:13 June’s funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. from CHEETHAM Funeral Home, 1012 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Noon in St.
Mary Church, 103 Pine St.
Interment will follow at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
VISITATION will be Sunday 2 to 5 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts to the Pawtucket Soup Kitchen, 195 Walcott St., Pawtucket, RI 02860 will be appreciated.
