Joseph F. Silva

Seekonk – Joseph F. Silva, 66, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Patricia A. (Carr) Silva. Born in São Miguel, Açores, Portugal, he was a son of the late Joseph and Maria P. Silva. Joseph along with his family, immigrated to the United States as a small child and went on to a career as a pipefitter for Alpha Mechanical in East Providence. Besides his loving wife, Joe leaves a son, Joseph M. Silva of East Providence; a daughter, Dacia Lyn Mulhern of South Attleboro; a granddaughter, Teagan Mulhern; four siblings, John Silva, Mary Resendes, Tony Silva and Ida Kalavantis, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 9 a.m. in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Parish, Coyle Drive, Seekonk. VISITATION will be held on Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.
