Joseph Richard Phillips

Pawtucket – Joseph R. Phillips, 66, passed away on Friday, February 14th, 2025. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Richard W. Phillips and Josephine E. (Boucher) Hudson. Joe spent his formative years in the city of Boston before making Pawtucket his home. He served in the United States Army and had been employed as a security guard. Joe is survived by one aunt and several cousins. Services were private followed by interment at Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Arrangements have been entrusted to William W.
