Joseph Medeiros

Pawtucket - Joseph F. Medeiros, 85, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, December 13, 2025. He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara J. (DeCubellis) Medeiros who passed in 2007. Born in Providence, Joe resided most of his life in Pawtucket and was the son of the late Manuel and Eleanor (Rush) Medeiros.

Joe served in the United States Army and went on to a career at Zebra Technologies until his retirement. He enjoyed life's simple pleasures, relaxing on his porch, visits to Slater Park, taking leisurely walks and frequent car rides to many of the region's local beaches with his beloved and close friend, Christine Reiff of Pawtucket.

Joe will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives he has touched over the past eighty-five years.

Besides his dear friend, Christine, Joe leaves two children, Gregory Medeiros and his wife, Julie, and Kristine Ayers and her husband, Timothy all of Pawtucket; four grandchildren, Brandon and Rebecca Medeiros, Elyse Ayers and Victoria Ducharme, and seven great-grandchildren, Masen, Connor, Michael, Kaden, Benson, Wyatt and Zoey. He was the father of the late Steven Medeiros and the brother of the late Kathleen Pattison.

VISITATION will begin on Friday, December 19th at 10 a.m. followed by Services at 11 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery.
