Joseph A. Mcdevitt

Pawtucket – Joseph “Joey” A. McDevitt, 33, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 27, 2023. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Joseph J., Sr. and Joanne (Lanni) McDevitt. Joey was a kind and loving person, who always enjoyed helping others. He loved watching westerns and old cowboy movies and singing karaoke. Joey also loved wrestling and attending WWE events with his beloved cousin, Jordan Shaw. Though his time with us on earth was brief, Joey will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives he has touched over the past thirty-three years. He leaves his loving caretaker, Rosalie Levasseur of Pawtucket; five siblings, Kerri Bessette of Central Falls, Patrick McDevitt and his wife, Melissa, of Coventry, Tammy L. Bolarinho of Pawtucket, Thomas McDevitt and his wife, JoAnn, in Maryland, and Joseph J. McDevitt, Jr, in Massachusetts; his beloved aunt and caretaker, Lorraine Perez and her husband, Ronald, of Riverside, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Joey’s funeral will be held...
