Pawtucket – Joseph R. Allard, 73, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020. He was the son of the late Joseph A. and Lillian P. (Pope) Allard. Joe was a Vietnam War United States Army veteran, and had been employed by Amtrak for over twenty-five years. He leaves four children, Joseph Allard, Jr., James Allard, Jason Allard and Desiree Allard; several grandchildren and two sisters, Linda M. Zarski and Lee Ann Kelley. He was the brother of the late Shirley Boivin and Ronald Allard. Services will be private. Interment with Military Honors will follow at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
