Jose L. Martinez

Pawtucket - Jose L. Martinez, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. He was the husband of Melanie N. (Williamson) Martinez. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of Jose J. Martinez and Ashlee A. (Bibby) Creamer.

Jose was a United States Army veteran and went on to work as an electrical meter installer for the past several years. He was an avid marksman and enjoyed competitive shooting with his dad at local ranges. Jose also enjoyed life's simple pleasures and will be lovingly remembered by all whose lives he has touched over the past twenty-six years.

Besides his wife and his parents, Jose leaves his grandparents, Marta Algarin, Louis Bibby and Karen Bibby; a beloved niece, Keyori Barboza and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

The funeral will be held on Monday, April 20th at 11 a.m. at WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket, followed by interment with Military Honors at Notre Dame Cemetery.
