John H. Ruginski, Jr., Esq.

Ruginski, Jr., Esq., 77, passed away unexpectedly surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

He was the beloved husband of Ines D.

Ruginski for thirty-six years.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late John H.

Ruginski, Sr., and Eva (Bernard) Ruginski-Tatro.

John resided in Pawtucket most of his life.

He was a 1970 graduate of Providence College and a 1973 graduate of South Texas College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree.

John was a practicing criminal and immigration attorney in Providence, RI.

He loved his profession and relaxing at the beach.

But most of all, John enjoyed spending time with his family.

Besides his loving wife, he leaves his children, Susana Maria Costa, John Fernando Ruginski, Michelle Dora Kennedy, Errol Flynn Carlos Ruginski, Nestor Junior Marulanda and Luis Fernando Marulanda; brothers, Craig Ruginski and Mark Ruginski; grandchildren and significant others, John Kennedy, Stefanie Ruginski, John Costa, Andrea Marulanda, Catalina Costa, Jennifer Costa, Kyle Ruginski, Ryan Rappa Ruginski, Lisa Mendes, Kathy Ruginski, Alanna Marulanda, Ebriel Marulanda, Savannah Rain Ruginski, Ethan John Ruginski and Logan Edward Ruginski.

Services will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 11 a.m. at WILLIAM W.

TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket.

Interment will follow at St.

Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.

VISITATION will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
