John G. Poisson

East Providence – John G. Poisson, 75, of Rumford, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014. He was the former husband of Eileen Abboud of North Providence and Antoinette Poisson of Pompano Beach, Florida. Born in East Douglas, MA, he was a son of the late Alfred and Margaret (Bowness) Poisson and the stepson of the late Juliette (Salois) Poisson. Besides his former wives, he leaves two sons, Dean D. Poisson and his wife, Jean of Clearwater, Florida and Scott J. Poisson and his wife, Stacey of Seekonk; a daughter, Tracie A. Cabral and her husband, Adelio of Smithfield and eight grandchildren. He was the brother of David Poisson and his wife, Kandi of Franklin, NH, Monica Vary and her husband, Ron of Wareham, MA, Bernard Poisson and his wife, Amelia of Georgia and the late Donald Poisson.
