Pawtucket – John “Jack” J.
Koslosky, 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 20, 2021.
He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret M. (Kosar) Koslosky.
Born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late John Koslosky.
Jack worked at Pennwalt Stokes, Philadelphia, as a Quality Control Engineer for over forty years prior to retiring in 1995.
Army veteran of the Korean War and proudly served his country.
Jack enjoyed smoking his pipe, drinking coffee, and watching vintage films.
He was an avid boxing fan and watched endless recorded matches on television.
Jack’s sense of humor and wonderful spirit will be greatly missed.
His family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence including Erin, Lorraine, Wendy and KoSandra for their compassionate care.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Kimberly Agostini and her husband, John, of Attleboro; a granddaughter, Maria M.
Agostini of Attleboro and her fiancé, Daniel Blodgett, of Boston and a grandson, John M.
Agostini of Attleboro.
He was the buddy of the late Sully, his beloved Labradoodle.
Services will be private.
Floral tributes and visitation are respectfully omitted.
