John T. Floyd

Pawtucket – John T. Floyd, 74, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. He was the beloved husband of the late Carolyn Ann (Fedo) Floyd. Born in Mansfield, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Lucius H. and Florence E. (Chadderton) Floyd. John worked as a respiratory therapist at New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton, MA, for many years. He ultimately retired from Tavares Pediatric Center in Providence just four years ago. He enjoyed gambling at Twin River Casino and spending time with his family. He is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Floyd of Pawtucket and Christine Floyd and her wife, Amy, also of Pawtucket; two grandchildren, Victor and Jillian and a brother, Billy Floyd of Missouri. He was the brother of the late Bobby and Timmy Floyd. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, services will be private. Floral tributes and visitation are respectfully omitted.
